NOTICE OF RECORDING & MEDIA RELEASE

By purchasing a game and participating in gameplay at The League Volleyball, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during your visit. Such recordings, including your likeness, image, and voice, may be used by The League Volleyball for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across our network, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and other digital or print media.

No additional consent, compensation, or prior notice will be provided prior to publication. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify a staff member prior to beginning gameplay.

By proceeding with your purchase and participation, you grant The League Volleyball a royalty-free, perpetual license to use such recordings for company promotion.

Drop-In Game Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the game start time — including same-day bookings and cancellations — are not eligible for a refund or credit.

No-shows (not cancelling and not attending) are treated the same as a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Credits & Refunds

Approved credits and refunds apply only to the same game the following week, unless otherwise approved by an admin. Transfers to a different session outside of that window require admin approval.

League-Initiated Cancellations

If The League cancels a game due to venue issues, weather, or other circumstances, affected players will automatically receive a credit or refund. These cases do not go through the case-by-case review process.

How to Cancel

Email info@theleaguevolleyball.com with your refund or credit request, including your invoice number. Our team will follow up with a Refund & Credit Request Form for you to complete.
